Come Join Imperial Fitness and I for a community workout at New Realm Brewing! On Saturday, June 28 at 10:30am. We will also be joined by some local business. So make sure to come and stop by and get an awesome workout then catch up with friends or meet new people.
Also check out Imperial Fitness x The Forge as he leads workout classes out on Daniel Island Mon, Wed, Fri Morning and some evenings as well.

New Beginning
Hi everyone! Coach Dani here and I have big news! I am officially taking online clients and clients at a gym located in North Charleston, SC (Palmetto Pump House). Another big news I have programs on TrainHeroic for purchase. Right now I am working on having subscription based programs where I will be updating them every 4 weeks.
